We ship across the entire European Union. Outside the EU, please email us first — we'll confirm whether we can deliver and what it costs.

Free shipping on every order to any EU member state.

Each shirt is hand-printed in small batches. We dispatch from Ljubljana 2 to 4 working days after your payment clears. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as the parcel goes out.

Typical times after dispatch:

• Slovenia — 1 to 2 working days
• EU — 2 to 7 working days, depending on country

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

You can return any shirt within 14 calendar days of receiving it, no questions asked. This right is granted by the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

How to do it:

1. Email us at info@pima-tees.com with your order number — a one-line note is fine.
2. Pack the shirt unworn, unwashed, with any tags attached.
3. Ship to: Madras-Line d.o.o., Levičnikova ulica 4A, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.
4. We'll refund the full purchase price (including original shipping) within 14 days of receiving the parcel, to the same payment method you used.

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the shirt arrived damaged or wrong — in which case we cover it.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you received the wrong shirt, email us a photograph at info@pima-tees.com within 7 days. We'll send a replacement or a full refund — your choice — and we'll cover return shipping.

To get the most out of a Pima cotton tee with a hand-printed photo: machine wash cold inside-out, mild detergent, no bleach, tumble dry low or hang dry, iron on the reverse side only. Avoid dry cleaning.
