Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2026-04-29
These terms govern your purchase of products from pima-tees.com, operated by MADRAS - LINE d.o.o., Levičnikova ulica 4A, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (registration 5620198000, tax number 59594519). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
1. Who can buy
You may place an order if you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. We sell to consumers across the European Union; if your delivery address is outside the EU, please contact us first.
2. The product
Each shirt is hand-printed in small batches in Slovenia. Slight variations between prints — and between a print and the photograph shown on the website — are inherent to the process and are not considered defects.
Material: 100% Pima cotton, mid-weight (≈220 gsm). Sizes: S, M, L, XL.
3. Prices and taxes
Product prices are temporarily hidden while the shop is in preview mode. Before checkout opens, final prices, VAT status, and shipping details will be shown clearly on the website.
4. Placing an order
Checkout is currently disabled. Once ordering is available, adding an item to your bag and clicking "Checkout" will be an offer to buy on these terms. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email. If a product becomes unavailable between order and confirmation, we will refund the affected items in full.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland). We accept the cards and methods Stripe makes available in your country (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and others depending on region). Card data never reaches our servers.
6. Invoice
We issue and fiscally verify an electronic invoice for every paid order. Please keep it for your records — invoices satisfy the legal requirements of Slovenian tax and accounting law.
7. Shipping
Orders are dispatched from Ljubljana, normally within 2–4 working days. Shipping is free to every EU member state. Outside the EU, please contact us before ordering.
Estimated transit times after dispatch: Slovenia 1–2 working days, EU 2–7 working days. These are estimates from our carrier, not guarantees.
8. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days from the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason. This right is granted by the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o varstvu potrošnikov, ZVPot) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
To withdraw, send a clear statement to info@pima-tees.com (an email is fine — no special form required) and ship the goods back to: Madras-Line d.o.o., Levičnikova ulica 4A, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.
We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used. The cost of return shipping is yours, unless the goods were damaged or wrong.
Goods must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with any tags attached. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
9. Faulty goods (statutory warranty)
If a shirt is faulty or differs materially from what was advertised, you have a statutory right to a free repair, replacement, or refund under Slovenian consumer law for two years from delivery. Send us a photograph and a brief description at info@pima-tees.com and we'll arrange the next step.
10. Liability
We are liable for damages caused by our intent or gross negligence to the extent required by Slovenian law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for damages caused by improper care of the garment (please follow the care label).
11. Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You may use it if a dispute with us cannot be resolved directly.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence apply regardless. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Ljubljana, subject to consumer-protection rules giving you the right to your home court.
